Felipe Garcia-Vidal (UPCT) participates in 28th International Symposium on Wireless Personal Multimedia Communications

Felipe Garcia-Vidal, Ph.D. Student from the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena (UPCT), presented his latest work on multichannel operation for vehicular networks at the prestigious WPMC 2025 held in Sofia, Bulgaria from 9 November to 12 November. Garcia-Vidal presented his work, titled Evaluation of Advanced Broadcast Multichannel Mechanisms for Vehicular Networks, which introduces the performance analysis of two recommended multichannel operation mechanisms, offering a first-of-its-kind evaluation for advanced broadcast traffic. His presentation generated significant discussion and positive feedback from international experts, validating the research methodology. WPMC served as a vital platform for establishing strategic collaborations, essential for advancing global research in this field.
